Search Queries
A name or case number entered in a search tool is transmitted directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. Tipton County Court Docket does not retain or record those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email sent to us may be kept as needed to answer it. We limit the message to our organization and do not disclose it outside the organization unless the law requires disclosure.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our servers automatically receive certain technical information when a page loads:

- Pages viewed and the time spent on them

No Court-Record Data on File
Tipton County Court Docket does not host, sell, compile, or maintain a database of personal case information or court dockets. It provides general directions to records held by the Tipton County Circuit Court Clerk, General Sessions Clerk, Chancery Clerk and Master, municipal clerks, and the Tennessee Public Court Records System. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party records.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Information submitted through a box is governed by that provider's privacy policy rather than this policy. Each provider controls its retention and disclosure practices. Read those terms before sending a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Tipton County clerks, Tennessee courts, public case portals, legal-aid organizations, or outside search services. Their privacy rules apply after you leave this site. Review them before providing personal information.
Advertising providers may use their own systems to follow activity across websites for targeted advertising. We do not operate that tracking.
